In Depth
Our Core Advantages, Explained
Professional Expertise
Sinar Adil's advisers are registered with the Malaysian Bar and have concentrated on pension and retirement law for over a decade. This focus means we stay current with EPF policy changes, authority appeal procedures, and the particular requirements of private retirement schemes regulated by the Securities Commission.
- Malaysian Bar registration — all legal advice from qualified practitioners
- 12+ years working exclusively in pension and retirement matters
- Direct experience with EPF, civil service pension, and approved PRS schemes
Structured Process
Each matter follows a consistent sequence — initial review, written advice, and where required, formal correspondence and representation. This structure means nothing is overlooked and you always know where you are in the process. We do not work informally or leave instructions verbal when they should be in writing.
- Clear intake process — your records reviewed before the first meeting
- Written advice note after every consultation session
- Agreed update schedule for ongoing representation matters
Client Care
Pension matters carry personal weight — they involve years of contribution and often touch on family arrangements and estate planning. We take time to understand the individual situation before advising, and we speak plainly throughout. Sessions are unhurried, and follow-up questions after a consultation are welcomed without additional charge.
- No time pressure during consultations — matters discussed fully
- Follow-up questions within 14 days of a consultation at no added cost
- Family members welcome at any session by prior arrangement
Value and Pricing
Our three services are priced at fixed, published rates — RM 275 for a consultation, RM 650 for claim and appeal representation, and RM 1,480 for the comprehensive protection plan. These prices cover the full scope of each service as described. There are no administration fees, no per-letter charges, and no surprise additions at the end of a matter.
- Fixed fees confirmed in writing before any work begins
- No add-on charges within the agreed scope
- Out-of-scope work discussed and priced separately before proceeding
Track Record
Over 870 clients have worked with Sinar Adil on pension matters since we opened. The majority of contested claims we have represented have reached resolution, and our comprehensive plan clients report that the documentation review process identified gaps they were unaware of. We do not claim outcomes we cannot deliver — realistic assessment is part of our approach from the initial consultation onward.
- 870+ client matters handled since 2012
- Honest assessment of prospects at the outset of every matter
- 96% client satisfaction rate across consultation and representation services

Clients who have completed a service may contact us with questions arising from that matter within 14 days of the final session at no added charge. Pension arrangements sometimes raise further questions on reflection.
