We sit with you — or speak with you by phone — and go through your current pension arrangements. We look at your EPF records, any private pension schemes, and nominee designations. At the end, we explain clearly what your entitlements are and what options exist. You receive a written summary to keep.

My pension claim has been delayed or disputed. Can you help?

Yes. Our Claim and Appeal Representation service handles exactly this. We prepare and submit the necessary correspondence, liaise with the Employees Provident Fund or other relevant authorities on your behalf, and represent you at hearings or appeal stages if required. You are kept informed at every step.

What is included in the Comprehensive Protection Plan?

The plan covers nominee documentation preparation and review, organisation of your retirement-related records, and scheduled check-ins to keep everything current. Family members you trust may be included in sessions. We also remain available for follow-up questions after the plan is complete.

How long does the claim representation process take?

Timelines vary depending on the authority involved and the nature of the matter. Straightforward delayed claims are often resolved within four to eight weeks. Disputed or appealed matters can take longer. We will give you a realistic assessment at the outset and update you regularly as the matter progresses.

Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely. All information shared with our firm is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Malaysian legal professional obligations. We do not share your details with any third party without your express agreement, except where legally required.

Our fees are set and transparent. A Pension Consultation is RM 275, Claim and Appeal Representation is RM 650, and the Comprehensive Protection Plan is RM 1,480. There are no hidden charges. If your matter falls outside these packages, we will discuss any additional costs clearly before proceeding.
